1. Who we are

Verto Advisory is a converting equipment representation and advisory firm based in Paris, France. We operate the website vertoadvisory.com. Contact: sales@vertoadvisory.com

2. What data we collect

We collect only the following data:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content — only when you voluntarily submit the form.
• Analytics data (with your consent only): pages visited, time on site, browser type, country — collected via Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP addresses. No analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.

3. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) to understand how visitors use our site. We have enabled IP anonymisation. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and rejecting analytics on your next visit.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Contact form: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — only processed after you explicitly accept.

5. Data retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in our Analytics property.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except Google LLC for analytics purposes (with your consent) and our email provider Zoho Corporation for handling contact messages.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France: CNIL).

8. Cookies
